The Pagadian City Police Traffic Section had required to all arrested violators of City Ordinance on Traffic Rules and Regulations including those Motorized Tricycle Drivers and Operators who will applying or to renew their Franchise.
Supt. Glenn Dulawan, Pagadian
City Police Chief said the traffic violators needs additional information and
education on the City Ordinance implemented by the Traffic Enforcers especially
to those franchise holders for motorized tricycles as the basic public utility
vehicle in this city.
The seminar spearheaded by the traffic personnel headed by Police Inspector Harry Ratunil Velez will be held at the Traffic Office, Pagadian City Police Building every Friday at 1:00 PM, Dulawan said.
Mostly arrested were violating
the City Ordinance No.
2014-344, “an ordinance requiring the installation of mufflers and silencers on
vehicle exhaust system.”
The local police have confiscated a total of 258 “unauthorized mufflers” in its campaign against noisy motorcycles during the past two months (August-September) in this city. (JC-MPF News)
